Proud to be launching this lovely WordPress based website for Pulham Herefords in Norfolk. This was an upgrade from a static Dreamweaver built website which had served the business well for many years but seriously needed upgrading with a CMS (content management system) and SSL hosting as well as responsive design to allow the website to adpapt to all viewing devices.
As a life long resident of North Walsham I have deep affaction for the old Norfolk market town especially in recent times where many small towns are facing all the challenges of internet shopping, supermarkets, etc. To be involved with North Walsham groups and organisations is always a pleasure for me and great to see a project like this.
“North Walsham Community Shop is owned, managed and run by its 4 trustees and a team of 15 fantastic volunteers including one work experience student from Paston College. Located in the centre of North Walsham, Norfolk, its doors first opened in January 2018.”
Website for “Blues Situation” now up ‘n’ rockin’. had the pleasure with catching up with these guy’s at Geoff Cooper’s studio a couple of weeks back and having a lug in to the new recordings and might fine it sounded too. The local music scene has been the foundation stone of my business since I started web designing 20 years ago and I love being part of it.
I am really proud to be involved with the new North Walsham in Bloom website. North Walsham in Bloom have worked tirelessly for years to make North Walsham town centre as colourful and attractive as possible for all the residents to enjoy. All volunteers doing their good deeds for the local community. The new website is based on the WordPress framework so committee members can update pages and add to the blog on a regular basis. It’s mobile friendly and hosted in SSL webspace so it’s secure and meets the July deadline for all websites to be SSL compliant (with the padlock symbol).
“We are a lovely group of people who’ s aim is to brighten up North Walsham.
Established in the late 1990’s and with only their enthusiasm and commitment to spur them on , the founders of our organisation soon found support in the Town. From fairly small beginnings we now have ten flower beds (including two new ones outside the Post Office) here in North Walsham., eight towers and twenty four tubs. We have four troughs of various sizes and of course our famous boat. We also have fourteen hanging baskets in the summer time.”
As a very environmentally minded individual I am please to have contributed to this project for the 25th annual Telemac-Mascaret Users conference 2018.
“In reaching its quarter century anniversary, the Telemac-Mascaret User Conference has proved crucial in bringing together an international group of engineers, scientists and hydrodynamicists to share best practise and ideas for the development of this unique hydro-informatics software system.
What started as a small group of mostly developers at a workshop in Paris, in 1994, has grown into a successful annual event which attracts delegates from several continents.”
